- Assistant General Counsel for a private shipping company with $1 billion annual revenue, overseeing all corporate, commercial and insurance related litigation.
- Broad commercial litigation background including antitrust, securities fraud, insurance coverage and breach of contract.
- Managing all insurance ramifications arising from the dissolution of a major US law firm involving professional liability claims in excess of $200 million.
- Defended a securities dispute involving the owners of a major Coca-Coca bottling plant.
- Successfully represented the Board of a public aviation services company in litigation arising out of a hostile takeover attempt.
- Represented a leading manufacturer of tube fittings and valves in a federal trademark and military procurement dispute with its largest competitor.
