Ms. Wilkinson's practice has included representation of a broad spectrum of clientele at trial and through mediation:

• Representation of domestic and London underwriters concerning physical damage, loss of hire, loss of production, control of well, and removal of debris issues arising from claims against all-risk marine energy policies;
• Representation of domestic insurers in subrogation of control of well and blow-out litigation issues;
• Trial of professional liability matters, including legal malpractice;
• Defense against largest residential fire litigation in Texas, involving alleged damages of $39 million;
• Representation of insurers in Texas construction defect litigation concerning physical damage under commercial general liability policies;
• Defense of bank against litigation seeking multi-million dollar recovery losses due to an alleged money order kiting scheme; and
• Defense of bank in litigation alleging breach of warranty on single negotiable instrument in amount of nearly $1 million.
